Buying a car from Highline was a enjoyable and learning experience. My salesman Danny was not only very knowledgeable but educated and fun to talk to. The rest of the staff is efficient and courteous. I recommend you visit Highline the next time you're looking for a good used high-end car. Ask to meet Danny , shake his hand and tell him I sent you.
Bought a land rover that had a missing piece off the driver side door handle. Its only a 20 or so dollar piece but upon purchase I came to an agreement that they would send the part to me if I decided to buy the truck. After 4 months and countless times being f***ed around with over phone calls, still haven't received what they promised in writing they would do. Also the salesman I worked with couldn't answer any questions about the vehicle which was frustrating. Overall not a trustworthy business at all. Buyer beware.
I had a phenomenal deal with these people. Everyone from my salesman 'Jordan' to the finance mgr (finance king) to the guy cleaning the car for me to drive off. It was the best car experience I'd ever had. First of all, no high pressure techniques and who talks you out of a down payment of anything? I will recommend anyone to go to these guys for high end luxury or exotic car purchases. They're great!!!!
I thought I had found a great deal online and traveled 2 hours to test drive and ultimately buy a used Lexus from this "high end" dealer. Everything went well... test drive, purchase, quick and painless. Than I got home, and after doing a closer look at the vehicle, I found areas on the inside of both front tires that were worn down so far the tire threads were visible. I was lucky to get home without blowing both tires! I did call and try to find out what kind of inspections were done to the car before putting it up for sale... I was told a complete safety inspection. That's complete BS! They also didn't provide me with a lug nut key so I could take the tires off to install new ones! Overall... bad experience. I wouldn't bother taking the chance.
I had an easy buying experience at highline auto, thanks in part to an easy to navigate online inventory and an up front straight forward sales team. Danny (my salesman) was there to answer any questions i had, and helped me get the deal done with ease. My only complaint is that i wish i needed another car so i could get another good vehicle at a great price!
